- Louis Ciliberti graduated college cum laude with a degree in Data Processing and, after owning a successful franchise business, began his business career in Financial Services. Louis C. Ciliberti and Associates, Ltd. was founded in 1986 and expanded within the Financial Services industry in 1990. Louis focused initially on providing estate planning solutions to successful entrepreneurs, often taking advantage of seldom used areas of the IRS code. In addition to providing Estate Planning and Life Insurance Wealth Transfer solutions, Wealth Management and Employee Benefits services were added to address clients’ needs. Clients include select families including Forbes 400 individuals and both publicly-traded and closely-held companies.
- Louis holds licenses for Securities, Life & Health Insurance, and Property & Casualty Insurance. Louis maintains several advanced professional designations – Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant and often presents his ideas on qualified plan design, wealth transfer, and sophisticated uses of life insurance in estate planning at seminars for attorneys and accountants. Louis is an active member of the Business Advisory Board for Sterling National Bank and for many years, was the only non-attorney invited to speak annually at the Sophisticated Trusts and Estates Law Institute sponsored by the New York Bar Association. Other speaking engagements include LI Tax Institute as well as CPA Continuing Education seminars.
- Louis resides in Westbury, New York, and has three children. Louis describes the time he spends with his family as “One of life’s greatest gifts!” As a member of Team in Training, Louis raised and donated funds to benefit children with cancer through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by completing long distance events including Ironman distance triathlons. This led to fundraising while running marathon distance races together with his daughter and introducing all three of his children to the sport of Triathlon. Louis applies his deep love of helping other people in his professional career and takes great pleasure in volunteering his time with The American Heart Association, Northwell Health System, Catholic Faith Network and the New York State Trooper Memorial Fund.
