Family Mission Statements are built around the belief that “Together We Are Stronger.” Our wealth transfer and estate planning practice has been the cornerstone of our firm since its inception and includes a wide range of clients from corporate executives to family owned businesses located in the tri-state area. Although diverse, they all have one common thread; they all are very successful, they have amassed an estate in excess of $25,000,000, and they are concerned about the passing of their assets in accordance with their wishes with minimal income, gift, estate and generation skipping transfer taxes. The tax and estate planning practice is led by our CEO, Louis C. Ciliberti.

Pension Plan Design

The proper design and implementation of a company-qualified plan is critical in today's changing economic environment. Our planning and design team specialize in customized plan documents suited to your needs. Whether it be a Defined Benefit Pension Plan, Profit Sharing Plan, Money Purchase Pension Plan or Hybrid Plan, our clients utilize our expertise because the traditional Prototype Plan offered by large institutions does not effectively achieve their goals and maximize their pretax contributions. Our TEAM includes licensed Actuaries, & ERISA attorneys focused on pension services.

Self Insured Medical Benefits are offered, including full service Third Party Administration for companies with over 150 employees. Fully Insured plans are also offered together with creative design alternatives. Our objective is to create a comprehensive and competitively priced benefits menu for your firm’s employees.

Wealth Management Process

We begin every engagement with a comprehensive review to determine your current situation and assist you and your family in defining your long and short-term goals. Our clients typically come to us with pre-established goals, however we are here to assist them in determining whether their goals are reasonable and uncovering the most appropriate avenue to achieve them. We are here to help you find the road to financial success, get on that road and complete the journey successfully. Throughout our relationship we will be there to help you avoid unexpected detours.

We will provide you with a comprehensive written plan outlining your current status, statement of net worth and a review of your financial and nonfinancial goals. Your plan will include a review of your current Investment, Insurance and Estate Plan along with recommendations for potential improvement.

Following your review of our recommendations we will discuss any questions you may have and how best to implement agreed upon strategies. We will then complete the implementation process from start to finish; keeping you informed of our progress every step of the way.

We will meet together with your existing advisors, including your accountant and attorney, to orchestrate the seamless implementation of your financial plan. We will continue to meet with you according to your needs, minimally on a semi-annual basis to review your plan and any changes that may be needed. As an ongoing service, you will benefit by having access to a team of highly ethical and competent Certified Financial Planners familiar with every area of your financial life.
